The driven rainstorm entered this Woodcrest Hills home through the open windows in the living room and the poorly sealed front entrance door. Initially, SERVPRO technicians attempted to salvage the laminated wood flooring but to no avail. The After Photo shows removing just the non-salvageable planks, some baseboard trim, and the concrete pad. The exposed surfaces can then be dried with our advanced equipment, monitored, and documented as dry upon the conclusion of the service.
